The main square of RETZ is one of the most beautiful and largest market squares of Austria. Take a look at the scenery, the "Verderberhaus" in Venetian Renaissance style, the Baroque and Biedermeier buildings, and you will feel like on a southern Piazza.
The main square can also be crossed underground. The adventure cellar of RETZ is the largest wine cellar of Middle Europe. 21 km long and 30 m deep is this large, connected cellar, where 500 years ago, the whole wine stocks of an entire region were stored.
