Carinthia´s largest ski area!
The Nassfeld ski area offers 30 ski lifts and 100 km of slopes. The family ski areas Weissbriach, Kötschach-Mauthen and "Golzentip" in the Lesachtal valley offer a myriad of winter activities.

Cross-country skiing trails
The region also offers Carinthia´s largest cross-country trail system with 42 trails (total length: 300 km). 18 trails located at an altitude of between 1,000 and 1,500 m provide plenty of snow.

Ice sports
Lake Weissensee has a surface area of 6.5 sq km. Training area for ice skating, curling and speed skating (groomed daily). Speed skating instruction and races.

Wellness
Take advantage of the new indoor swimming pool in Kötschach-Mauthen. Several hotels offer wellness, health and beauty pacakges.
