Rauchwart
Welcome to Rauchwart!
The village of Rauchwart lies in the upper Stremtal valley between the villages of Stegersbach and St. Michael at the B57 federal road. The village covers an area of 751ha, lies at an altitude of 260m, and has 468 inhabitants. The large leisure center with bathing lake and a campsite, 2 reservoir lakes with a size of 40ha are a fisher´s paradise. Numerous hiking trails, a nature trail, and a fishing trail lead through the wooded area. Rauchwart has 3 guesthouses, a lakeside buffet, a department store and a butcher.
