SIGMUND FREUD MUSEUM

Between 1891 and 1938 the house in 19, Berggasse (IX. district) was home and office to Sigmund Freud.

The museum accommodated in Freud's former living quarters and office presents an exhibition documenting the life and work of the founder of psychoanalysis.

Original furnishings, a selection from Freud´s collection of antiquities, and signed copies and first editions of his works provide a glimpse into his life and work, his cultural environment and the development of psychoanalysis...
