Brandenburger Ache

The Brandenburger Ache river rises in Spitzingsee in Bavaria (Germany) at an elevation of 1,128m. It crosses various ravines in the Northern Limestone Alps and it flows into the River Inn at Kramsach. This makes it a paradise for hikers and white water sports.

The famous cattle parade

took place at Gwerchenwirt inn in Pinegg in September.

One of the valley's most beautiful farms

The Schneiderbauer farm was built in 1683.

The famous Brandenburg Prügeltorte cake

A renowned Brandenberg specialty. It tastes delicious, especially with some coffee and it can be kept for quite some time. A Prügeltorte cake should be part of every celebration.

Unique jewels of nature.

Brandenberg Parish Church

Devoted to St. George. It was built in a Gothic style in the 16th century and later renovated.

It was built in 1999.
