Discover Austria by train

Austria's extensive rail system is probably one of the most convenient ways to travel between its major cities. But Austria’s train connections aren't just great for city-to-city travel. Remote regions like the beloved Salzkammergut (Salzburg Lake District) or the Arlberg region can be conveniently explored with the country's fast and efficient trains operated by the Austrian Federal Railways (ÖBB).

A new service from the ÖBB even takes you directly from the airport in Vienna to your favorite vacation destination. Never has train travel been so convenient.

The ÖBB Railjet takes you from one stop to the next with comfort and ease, while you lean back and enjoy the scenic ride.
