Alpenhaus Idalpe is the brand new meeting spot on the Idalpe in Ischgl. Located directly benath the mountain terminal of the Silvretta Cablecar at 2,300 m altitude, the mountain restaurant demonstrates exactly how alpine architecture appears when cloaked in modern dress. The house is built of wood, glass and ”vider” stone from the region. The interior shines with two huge open fireplaces and a lounge wall completely covered with genuine furs. Higher up still, on the Ischgl Pardatschgrat ridge, the newly built restaurant Pardorama is nestled...or rather, perched. This steel construction has strikingly clear-cut forms and huge window walls. It has both a self-service restaurant and a conference centre.
