There is unique choice of hiking and trekking trails in and around the grassy hills of the Pinzgau. There are 400km of hiking and trekking trails in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang area. Admire the flowers and plants of the valleys in all their splendour on an enjoyable hiking tour. Lifts and cable cars, built without harming the environment, will safely take you to the peaks.

The hotel will be closed between 4th October - 5th December 2009.

Our cuisine has been honoured with the cooking award 'Grüne Haube' (Green bonnet, a national cooking award for best performance gastronomy concerning taste, digestibility and harmony of food and drink. Produce sourced from predominantly regional, organic farming. Honoured also by Gault Millau and rated in the 10 top gourmet spa hotels in Austria.

Family Friendly
The hotel is a member of Family SalzburgerLand - a collection of 'best of' accommodation for a family vacation with child supervision. English-speaking childminders, special favourites for children at mealtimes, swimming lessons for beginners and free baby equipment hire. Children up to the age of 18 pay half the regular child’s prices during low season. Ski pass for children up to 6 years (born 2004 or  later) and learn to ski lessons plus ski hire free for up to 10’s. 10% ski hire discount for all hotel guests.  From 13th March children over 15 years will receive a free ski pass if adults purchase a 3 days or more pass for themselves.
