Since 2008, the award-winning chef Hans Peter Haberl
has been cooking again in his home region of Styria
At Restaurant Haberl in Walkersdorf near Ilz
he proves with his wife Bettina that Austrian high cuisine and rural inn atmosphere go together perfectly. On the menu you will find delicious specialties such as a pink roasted saddle of lamb with braised sweet pepper polenta, green beans and Lardo.
