1. The Entry Form forms part of the terms and conditions of entry and entry implies acceptance of all terms and conditions. Entry is open to all Australian residents, other than employees and families of the Promoters and their associated agencies.
2. Enter by logging on to www.austria.info/au and clicking on the Competition box, then completing the Entry Form and answering following question: Name one of Joseph Haydn Symphonies and tell us in 10 words or less why you should be the lucky winner?
3. The competition commences on 20 August 2009 and closes midnight, 31 October 2009. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are lost, misdirected, corrupted, damaged, illegible, which fail to arrive by the closing date, which are affected in any way by the malfunction of e-mail programs or servers, or which contain incomplete and incorrect entrant contact details. All entries will become the property of the Promoters.
4. The one most creative answer will win one of the CD compilations of Joseph Haydn
5. The prize will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoters. Each entry will be judged on creative merit. Chance plays no part in the determination of the winner. The prize winner will be determined in November at Austrian National Tourist Office registered office. The judges’ decision is final and binding upon all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified by e-mail and the winner’s name will be published online on www.austria.info/au. If the prize winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
