Kitzbühel

This famous little town in Tirol with its vibrantly coloured old buildings, cobbled streets and medieval walled town dating back to the 16th century, is a fascinating place to explore. Kitzbühel is a hub of activity in the summer with a friendly village feel, pavement cafes, designer boutiques and various local festivals, concerts and open-air events. Set in a broad valley basin between the Kitzbühler Alps and the Wilder Kaiser mountains, it is a fantastic area for walking with over 1000km of marked trails and a centre for E-Bikes. Beautiful Lake Schwarzsee also offers swimming, sunbathing and rowing boats in a natural woodland setting, and its central location between Innsbruck and Salzburg makes it an excellent base for excursions and exploring the Tirol.
