Alpbachtal & Wildschönau Opening

From this December, Alpbachtal and Wildschönau are embarking on a glittering future together! The new combination lift system, named the ‘Ski Jewel Alpbachtal – Wildschönau’ will become one of Tirol’s Top 10 ski areas, with more than 90 miles of ski runs served by 47 lifts. Skiers and boarders of all levels will find plenty to keep them busy. The wide-open sunny pistes at the top of the Schatzberg are ideal for intermediates, the nursery slopes in Oberau and Niederau just right for children and beginners, while the thrilling runs from the Wiedersberghorn in Alpbach provide adventure skiing and boarding for experts. The Reither Kogel area is great for families and offers the best night skiing.
