Franz Klammer Wooden Spoon Golf Classic 2012

The 15th Wooden Spoon Golf Classic was held at Hendon Golf Club in North London on the 18th September 2012. Travel and media professionals from across the UK came together with Austrian sponsors and the tournament's host Franz Klammer, an alpine ski racing legend who dominated the downhill event throughout much of the mid to late 1970s. The day started with welcome drinks and lunch before the shot-gun start. Dinner and the prize-giving ceremony wrapped up the event and posted a wonderful opportunity to catch up with old acquaintances and make new contacts.
