We invite you to tour the 300-year-old wine cellars of the Domaene Wachau, a beautiful baroque castle situated on the banks of the Danube in the Wachau Valley.

Nestled against the steep, terraced vineyard slopes of the famous Wachau, a UNESCO World Heritage site, Domäne Wachau has played a unique role in Austria’s wine cultural history.

The newly renovated frescos, reliefs and murals showcases the castle’s delightful art collection. The art is dedicated to the famous wines of the Wachau, which are sometimes portrayed in serious, sometimes in humorous manner. Meet the young dynamic team at the wine shop, tasting room, and enjoy guided tours, seven days per week.
