Willi Klinger is the Head of Austrian Wine Marketing and was born as the son of Viennese restaurateurs. So aside from his vast knowledge on everything concerning Austrian wine, Willi's wisdom of the country's cuisine is similarly extensive. He tells us about what foods you shouldn't miss on your trip to Vienna and shares some of the secrets of the Austrian cuisine.
