Once a year at the beginning of May, Austria’s best chefs and the top vintners from the Burgenland meet in Sölden to provide an extraordinary culinary experience amid the majestic peaks of the Ötz Valley.

Every spring, the Central SPA Hotel’s extraordinary three-day event, “Wein am Berg”, combines a perfect Alpine setting with excellent culinary experiences. Find yourself at 9800 feet above sea level, enjoying the breathtaking views whilst tasting a variety of Austrian wines. Discover how the altitude subtly changes a wine’s aromas and explore the variety of Burgenland’s wines.

During your stay, be sure to use the extensive spa facilities of the hotel so you are relaxed and ready for a day of fun on the slopes with celebrity ski guides who will show you the best runs of the region. An “Austrian Evening” with the top red wines from the Burgenland, a charity casino evening and a presentation of new vintage wines are also part of the program. End your stay with an evening full of culinary surprises created by celebrity chef Gottfried Prantl and international guest chefs at the mountain restaurant on the Giggijoch.
