And if you have no desire to go out after this sumptuous feast, you can withdraw to one of the newly redesigned rooms of this 4-star hotel.
Here, as well, great emphasis has been placed on creating a natural atmosphere with a regional touch. In addition to the large windows affording views of the surrounding mountains, the rooms also are furnished with Swiss stone pine from a local workshop as well as furniture from craftsman of the Bregenzerwald. Particularly health-conscious guests can take advantage of the special fasting or detox weeks. Gourmets will prefer the Schwanen Cooking Classes, and for a true dining adventure, try the "Wild Women” menu, with which the two female chefs guide you through their kitchen in seven light courses.
