Our recommendations

At this former schoolhouse in Krumbach, anyone would be glad to be compelled to ‘stay after’ now and again. The reason is the pleasantly laid back atmosphere, without any compulsion to study or take tests, particularly in the deeply rooted light and vibrant cuisine created by Gabi Strahammer. Together with the gentleman of wines, her husband Herbert, she fulfilled this dream more than 15 years ago and now attends to her guests with body and soul. Whoever is interested as to just how it all works, can find out at one of the regularly held cooking classes conducted by Gabi herself. There are no copyrights: anyone can walk away with her secrets and try them out at home.
