Ingredients (serves 6):Pfeffer, Salz, Öl
1 1/2 Tsp. cumin
How to make it:
1 1/2 cloves of garlic finely minced
about 2 pounds of beef, cut in 2 inch cubes
1 1/2 onions finely diced
1 1/2 table spoons paprica powder (smoked)
10 oz. dry red wine
1 1/2 bell papers, finely diced
1. saute onions in oil for about 2 - 3 minutes. Add meat, salt, pepper and let brown until the fluid is evaporated.
2. add paprika powder and 1 table spoon of tomatoe paste, dry red wine and water until meat is covered. Add bell peppers, cumin and garlic and let simmer (reduce heat) until meat is tender (about 2 - 3 hours).
Now simply add some spaetzle or and serve.
