Travelers attend classes in a leading Viennese cooking school and learn from the chef of one of Vienna’s leading haute-cuisine restaurants how to “hands-on” prepare local dishes including the famous Viennese pastries (which they then get to eat themselves). They visit Vienna’s oldest produce market - where the chefs go; they travel to wineries for first hand experience with local white and red wines; and they get a whiff of the country’s cultures by taking some sight seeing tours (on foot and by coach) and attending a concert of Viennese music.
