• Access to online brochures, picture material, etc. of Austrian destinations
• Austria encyclopaedia, interactive map, collection of useful links
• Entertaining elements on the Web Academy: Austria videos, games, music, etc.
Preferential treatment throughout the year and benefits
• ACTS Agents will be supplied with regular information (via email) and brochures (mailings)
• Call centre: for technical support, questions concerning the content etc.
Benefits for graduated ACTS Agents and their offices
Once you have finished all 7 courses and you have reached an overall of 75% correct answers in the 7 exams all together, you are a graduated Austrian Certified Travel Specialist. You will be entitled to the following benefits:
ACTS status
• Certificate confirming the status to be an “ACTS” for the agent
• Allowance to use the ACTS Logo (when promoting Austrian programs etc)
Promotion of ACTS agencies as preferred partner through ANTO
• Online listing of ACTS agencies on ANTO website
• Promotion of ACTS agencies in media campaigns
• Direct booking requests to ANTO will be referred to ACTS agencies

• For ACTS graduates we are negotiating a facilitation in the process of visa application for your clients
On-site training
• The best 20 graduates in the GCC countries will be invited to an exclusive Austria fam trip (If several participants have an equal number of credit points, the final winners will be drawn)
