Become an ACTS
Our ACTS program makes you an expert of one of the Top Ten travel destinations worldwide and entitles you to a whole range of benefits: Official certification as an “Austrian Ceritfied Travel Specialist”, special PEP offers, exclusive fam trip to Austria, preferential treatment for you and promotion for your office as a preferred partner through our marketing channels – and many more.
How do I become an ACTS and what is my benefit?
• Register online at www.acts-academy.com
• With your registration you are already provided with a range of special services.
• It also enables you to participate in our online destination courses.
• There are 7 regular courses, each takes about 30 minutes.
• At the end of each course there is a short exam.
• Both the courses and the exams are online on www.acts-academy.com
• You can take each exam only once, so be sure you read the text during the course properly.
• For each right answer in the exams you will get credit points.
• If you take all 7 courses and reach an overall of 75% correct answers in all courses you will graduate as an “Austrian Certified Travel Specialist” (ACTS).
• As a graduated ACTS you are entitled to an even greater range of benefits for you and your office.

• Demand for trips to Austria is steadily increasing in the Middle East: From 2004 to 2006 arrivals and overnights from the ME to Austria had doubled. 2007 brought another increase of +22.6% arrivals and +21.1% bednights.
• Austrian National Tourist Office defined 11 Austrian destinations with high potential in the ME market as they meet expectations of ME travellers.
