Enoteca Sydney/Wine Europa is a Sydney based Wine Company importing high quality European wines. The company was founded in 2002 by Andreas Puhar. Andreas, born in Vienna, has lived and worked for the past 16 years in Sydney’s restaurant & hotel industry. Nowadays Andreas travels to Europe regularly and has over the years built up a relationship with several producers. Kamptal (Lower Austria):
Schloss Gobelsburg, founded in 1711, very terroir driven wines made to excellence in one of the most advanced cellars in Europe.
Hiedler, founded in the mid 1800s, wines of great structure and character which demand attention and thought.
Hirsch, founded in the late 1800s, top vineyard sites such as Gaisberg, Heiligenstein and Lamm.
Wachau (Danube Valley):
Alzinger, new superstars of the Wachau, each vineyard is left to express it’s individuality, where mineral aromas, elegance and balance have become their trademarks.
