Climate Table - Salzkammergut
The Salzkammergut is a popular summer holiday destination. The hot days of the summer are balanced by morning temperatures of around 10 degrees Celsius - a welcome cooling. Even at the height of summer, lush vegetation flourishes under the "string rain" (a drenching rain that can occur at any time of the year and is typical of this region.)
