Brucknerhaus
The Brucknerhaus situated on the banks of the Danube is Upper Austria’s foremost concert hall. The orchestra-in-residence is the Bruckner Orchestra Linz under chief conductor Dennis Russell Davies. Internationally renowned ensembles and conductors have made guest appearances at the Brucknerhaus. Among the public’s favorites is the Brucknerhaus’ musical programme for young people, which regularly packs the house with youthful music enthusiasts.

Bruckner Orchestra Linz
The Bruckner Orchestra Linz has developed into one of Central Europe’s premiere ensembles over the last three decades. The Bruckner Orchestra displays remarkable versatility as the opera orchestra at the Landestheater Linz, at its many concerts in Austria and abroad, and at special events like the voestival. The Bruckner Orchestra Linz has provided the musical centerpiece of many Linzer Klangwolken performances. Chief conductor Dennis Russell Davies is the guarantor of the orchestra’s ongoing artistic development.

Posthof – Contemporary Culture in the Docklands
The Posthof annually hosts approximately 250 individual events: performances of music and dance, plays, cabaret and readings. The Posthof is both a showcase for top-name acts from all over the world as well as a platform for up-and-coming members of the local music scene. Originally a farm located near the Port of Linz, the cultural facility was established in 1984 and expanded six years later. The Posthof is one of Austria's largest and most vibrant venues for contemporary culture.
