It is not about exerting the highest possible effort as an athletic contestant, but getting in touch with one’s own body. It means developing and improving in small steps, at your own rate and with what you are able and prepared to do. Along the lines of the chinese saying: Even the longest of journeys begins with a first step.
Although we all can run many us realize that form does matter. In Austria you will find plenty of running centers where you can get expert advice before you lace up your sneakers.
