Compared to 4-star category: much more luxurious, corporate design and ambiance, first-class equipment and furnishings, premium service providers, extremely high level of personal service. All rooms are outstandingly spacious, most of them have a separate bedroom and living room area (suites).

Superior represents – on the basis of a first-class, top-quality, state-of-the-art 4*-hardware in the whole hotel area – more and better services, quality-tested by a mystery-guest-check in the framework of the classification. 4*Superior is a quality and marketing label for top businesses of the 4*-category (not an extra star classification system). Distinction from other 4*-hotels: clearly more and better services as well as an appropriate, flawless 4*-hardware in all areas.

First class accommodation providers featuring first class equipment and furnishings: large rooms with all modern amenities plus sound-absorbing facilities. Compared to 3-star category: larger rooms, high-quality furnishings, perfect surroundings thanks to a very high level of maintenance.
