Foreign newspapers and magazines are available at the bookstore Morawa (A-1010 Vienna, Wollzeile 11), at newspaper kiosks, in tobacconists' shops ('Tabak Trafik') in Vienna's city centre and in tourism sites as well as at main train stations and airports.

The ORF (Austrian Broadcasting Corporation) is the national radio and TV broadcast station.
TV: the ORF operates 2 state-wide TV programmes (ORF1 and ORF2) round the clock. Private domestic TV channels and several foreign TV programmes can be received through cable and satellite connection.
Radio: the ORF broadcasts 3 national (Ö1, Ö3, FM4) 24-hour radio programmes and a regional radio programme for each of the nine provinces.
Teletext: The ORF offers an extensive teletext service with up-to-date political, economic, cultural and sports news as well as information on the TV and radio programmes of the ORF. Moreover, the teletext editorial team subtitles more than 160 TV hours per month for the auditorally impaired.
Internet: With the ever- growing ORF ON Network, the ORF operates the largest Austrian online medium whose contents range from up-to-date news to one of the largest online youth communities in the german-speaking region.
