Eve Kahn - who also writes about architecture and design for the New York Times, I.D. and House Beautiful - introduces the Austrian "Weingut Erich & Walter Polz" in Styria, Austria. Designed by Austrian architects G2Plus this is a great example of modern Austrian architecture.
"...It's most striking element is a vitrine... The architects stacked about a thousand empty bottles on the shelves of the vitrine, which runs across mcuh of the building's facade, seperating light and dark glass into piles that resemble sun-dappled grapevine rows"
