There are many reasons to stay at the Hotel Rathaus. Located centrally but in a quiet neighborhood, the charming atmosphere of this beautifully renovated historic house or the stylish and warm designer furnishings. However the most pleasurable reason is the vinophile philosophy of the house: Each of the individual furnished double-rooms is devoted to an Austrian Top Winemaker. They equip the unusual minibar in “your” room with their best wine assortment – so you may enjoy those superior tastings from F.X. Pichler or wineries like Umathum, Tement or Bründlmayr in the privacy of your room. A new local winemaker is presented at the hotel’s own lounge every month and guests can socialize in an uncomplicated atmosphere about wine, Vienna or wine growers. Very much in the spirit of the outstanding hospitality of the owner: You don’t have to be a wine connoisseur to appreciate the world of wine tasting.
