Chef-de-cuisine Konrad Oberhauser turns the best products of the region into creative cuisine, where the connection to mother earth is never lost sight of. That’s significant, particularly on hikes to the high alpine hut on the Spielberg (1,800 m altitude) which also belongs to the restaurant, where a royal breakfast awaits you, or a robust mountain snack. And if you like the hotel so much you don’t want to depart, you don’t really have to. There are rooms in the main building and six luxurious apartments in the estate house next door.
