    Transport Options to the Capital of the Alps

    Upon arrival in Munich from one of Lufthansa’s 10 US gateways, take a comfortable transfer service to Austria’s mountainside. Shuttle buses take you directly from the Munich Airport Center to Innsbruck and drop you off at your hotel for ultimate comfort.

    • Bus/Van transfer: Let Four Seasons Travel take you from the terminal to your hotel in their fleet of minivans, black cars, and coaches. Normally, the waiting time is a maximum of 60 minutes. Book your shuttle here.
    • Train transfer: Train connections to the Alps depart every hour from the central railway station in Munich. Take the S-Bahn train from the terminals to your train!
    • Rental car: Of course, there is always the option of renting a car at the airport and departing on a self-guided mountain adventure. Even in winter, the roads are safe and well taken care of, so you will arrive in Austria without hassle. Just make sure to enquire about Austria's toll sticker at the car rental - they are located between Terminals 1 and 2.
