Your Winter in the Rauris Valley
A ski holiday in its most original form

A winter holiday resort away from the hustle and bustle, just snowy landscapes, pistes, and exceptional hospitality.

Large ski resorts are great, no doubt. But sometimes all you really need for an unforgettable winter holiday are picturesque pistes, snow-covered forests, and idyllic mountain huts to rest your legs after a long day out and about. This is where the Rauris Valley in SalzburgerLand comes in.

Sitting right amidst the Hohe Tauern National Park, this winter resort is a great place for fuss-free skiing breaks like back in the day. It's also a perfect destination for ski beginners or a family winter holiday. Spend your days skiing, snowboarding and refuelling with regional delights at a traditional hut (instead of waiting in long lift queues!). And if you need a break from the slopes, head on a leisurely winter hike, tour the national park with a ranger, or master your ice climbing skills. And if you're travelling with kids in tow, they'll surely love a tobogganing adventure.

Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy life one day at a time - That's what a winter holiday in the Rauris Valley looks like!
