Hike, Bike and Dine at a Mountain Hut
The Arlberg features no less than 350 km (217 mi) of biking and 300 km (186 mi) of hiking trails. Looking for a slightly less sweaty option? E-bikes - including for children from 10 - can be rented, too. And if golfing or walking are more your cup of tea, there are plenty of trails. Bad weather? Go indoor climbing, play tennis or jump on the trampoline at Sport park arl.park and get free entrance and discounts using the St. Anton Summer Card.
To end your day in style, enjoy a "Spritz" or a homemade Tiroler Gröstl (bacon, onion, and potato fry-up). The Arlberg region boasts more than 40 gourmet restaurants, cafés and bars - Tirolean delights, international cuisine and great cocktails await. And then, of course, there's the traditional inns like Wagner Hut, where the locals have gathered for centuries.

Take the gondola up the Galzig mountain and hike in the footsteps of the pioneers on Arlberg's Mutspuren Circular Trail. Interactive learning stations bring the story of the Arlberg region to life, water games and incredible views await. The trail is approx. 5 km long, and takes about 2.5 hours to complete.
Hike and Climb at Verwall Valley
Located just minutes from St. Anton's centre, this family-friendly hiking route in Verwall valley leads along meadows, forests, streams, and emerald Lake Verwallsee. It features a rope course, a zip line across a gorge ("Flying Fox") and a bike park. At the lake, a playing ground, BBQ and picknick spots await.
