Tirol has been presented on several occasions to leading Indian film producers, directors and actors in Mumbai as well as in Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore. By taking part in trade fairs and location events the attention of the Indian film industry to Tirol has intensified.
Successfully indeed – almost 90 Indian film productions from Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore have been brought to Tirol and supported during the shoot. The features include “Saaho”, „Tiger Zinda Hai“, “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil”, „Yuvvraaj“, „Raju Chacha“, „Tera Mera Saat Rahen“, „Mehbooba“, „Mast“ and „Chal Mere Bhai“ with stars like Salman Khan, Ajay Devgan, Anil Kapoor, Zayed Khan, Kajol, Sonali Bendre, Katrina Kaif, Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor - and many more!
During the shoot of “Saaho” in 2019, Prabhas put in in a nutshell when he said: “Shooting in Innsbruck and Tirol region of Austria, was one of the most incredibly awesome experiences I have ever had.”
Pramod Uppalapati, the producer of Saaho, added: “The shooting locations in Tirol/Austria were the most spectacular ones, where we managed to capture some breath-taking shots for our film.”
