Hotel Hollmann Beletage, the first of four Hollmann locations, is a 4* boutique hotel in the heart of Vienna, just a stone's throw from St Stephen's Cathedral. Founder Robert Hollmann hates hotels and this is the exact reason why he created this house. Leave the alarm clock at home and order our legendary multi-course breakfast (organic) right to your bed. Grab a free "Leberkäsesemmel" (bread roll with traditional meatloaf) and beer from the tap in the afternoon. Early riser? Head to St. Stephen's Cathedral in the morning and enjoy Vienna's number 1 sight before the crowds arrive.
Customer Service at its finest! Experience will never be forgotten!What an absolute wonderful experience! This was a special trip for me to visit the Christmas markets of Vienna with my son. From the moment I came in the door it felt like home. They are truly crazy for you. From the decor which is cosy, cute and private, the service and kindness of each and every staff member. I engaged primarily with Simone from the day I booked and cannot say enough about his excellent customer service skills. Just the kindest young man. All other staff were excellent as well. The breakfast which is included was amazing and made with the freshest organic ingredients. The chef and his staff were also super especially Tobias who was always so helpful in answering my questions. My hope is to return to Vienna one day and I will definitely stay again at the Hollmann Beletage Design & Boutique Hotel. Sending the warmest regards to everyone and Merry Christmas

These rooms come with a lot of surprises: In some, there's a freestanding bathtub or a sink in the middle, others have a glass shower cabin with a light therapy box. In the Residence XL room, the bathrooms are hidden behind a wardrobe facade. It's a tad of luxury - without overloading it. Traditional Viennese confect awaits upon arrival and the AC ensures cool nights even in the middle of summer.

If you want to reside like Mr Hollmann himself, the hotel founder's former, repurposed apartment is just the right place.
