    Must-Sees

    • Porta Claudia: a fortress in Scharnitz valley, built in 1632 during the time of the Thirty Years‘ War and named after the regent of Tirol, Claudia de Medici.
    • Mösern Peace Bell: With over 10 tonnes, this is the largest swinging bell in the Alpine Area. It tolls daily at 5 pm.
    • Seekirchl: probably the most famous landmark of Seefeld and a perfect photo spot.

    Must-Dos

    • Cultural Walking Path (Reith – Leithen – Reith): Discover historical monuments and learn about local history and culture on this beautiful circular walk. At the starting point in Reith, enjoy excellent views of the 90-year old Karwendel railway, which even today is considered to be a masterpiece of engineering. The trail takes about one hour to cover and is suitable for walkers of all levels.
    • The Way of the Cross: This new trail starts at the Parish Church and leads along 14 stations up to Pfarrbichl hill; it takes about 1 hour.
    • Spirit Gorge: Enter a world of ghosts, goblins and gnomes! Take a hike on the 3-kilometre (1.9 mi) long Spirit Gorge Trail in Leutasch to arrive at a roaring waterfall with a drop of 23 metres (75 ft).
